what a day.....
i have no pictures to remember this day by...so i'll just let each of you imagine!!!!!!!!
today was officially our first day without lee (he just started 8 weeks of away rotations...atlanta...birmingham...and then savannah). in honor of that day, norah decided to get a double ear infection (her first). she must know that we always brag on her b/c she NEVER gets sick...and decided for a change!!!! poor thing...she woke up this morning with a temp over 102 and screamed in my arms most of the day. i did take her to the dr to confirm the infection and get some medicine. we made it home before lunch, i put her down for what i was hoping would be a LONG nap...she decided to sleep for only an hour...woke up screaming and crying. i left so helpless and cried with her!!!!!!!!! after trying to give her food and a movie, we decided to go for a ride in the neighborhood. i put her in my lap and we drove throughout the subdivision...this was the only thing that worked!!!! later that afternoon, she did go down for a second nap and slept much better. she is down for the night...or at least i hope so...
daddy...we miss you
norah, baby, i love you and hate that you are hurting...i would take your pain times 10 so you would not have to hurt.

Poor Norah:( So sorry. Hang in there those antibiotics take a couple of days to work.
My poor girls...I wish I was there to help you. Bless your little hearts. I hope that Norah's ears are getting better and wish I could be there to hug your neck. You'll get through these 8 weeks...before you know it...You'll be Mrs. Dr. McGill!
